Mayor History Question Winner TTR#86


Congratulations to Sofia Alvarez. A fifth grader,  at Taneytown Elementary School. She is the winner of the Mayor's History Question in the most recent issue #86 of the Taneytown Record.
This issue's question was:  Where is Paide, Estonia, what is the population and when was it founded?
Sofia answered:  The answer is it is the capitol of Java County, Estonia. The population is 8,348 last 2017. Founded in 1564, when the name was first mentioned.
This was the first correct answer that the Mayor received in accordance with the rules of the contest. Thank you for all the responses!
